Job Description

As an Academic Mentor, you will be dedicated to empowering students and guiding them through their academic journey. Your role is crucial in unlocking students" full potential by fostering success, building relationships, and collaborating with parents and educators to create a positive learning environment. You will serve as a trusted advisor and motivator, supporting students in tracking their progress, overcoming challenges, and celebrating achievements. Working in close partnership with teachers and parents, you will help create a supportive ecosystem that nurtures student development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain positive relationships with students to support their academic and personal growth. - Plan and lead enrichment activities, clubs, and programs to promote holistic student development. - Collaborate with educators, parents, and counselors to address student concerns and implement interventions. - Regularly assess student performance and identify areas for improvement. - Design personalized learning plans for students requiring additional academic support. - Support classroom instruction with reinforcement strategies to enhance curriculum understanding. - Maintain consistent communication with parents to provide updates on student progress and well-being. - Organize parent meetings to discuss academic achievements, challenges, and future goals. - Provide guidance to parents on supporting their child's academic success at home. - Accurately document student data and prepare reports to inform academic strategies. - Utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) for efficient data tracking and reporting. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Genuine enthusiasm for student mentorship and academic support. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement. - Analytical mindset to interpret academic data and develop insights. - Proficient in using digital tools for record-keeping and reporting. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day shifts with weekend availability in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. A Bachelor's degree is required for this in-person role.,
