Job Title: Student Counsellor Admissions & Support

Student Counsellor

Responsibilities:

Provide counselling to students and parents regarding higher education opportunities in Germany
Handle student queries via phone, email, or walk-ins
Assist in application and admission procedures
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups
Guide students in documentation, visa requirements, and university selection
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of student profiles
Participate in workshops, seminars, and promotional events if needed

Qualifications:

Education:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferred fields: Education, HR, Management, or related)
Experience:
0–2 years in student counselling, academic advising, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)
Strong communication in
English and Malayalam
(Hindi is a plus)
Confident and empathetic approach in dealing with parents and students
Good organizational skills and computer literacy (MS Office, Google Sheets)
