Job Title: Student Counsellor Admissions & Support Location: Nedumangad (within 10km) (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 12,000 – 20,000 per month (Performance-based increments apply) Company Description: Deassists is a leading immigration and international education consultancy headquartered in Berlin, Germany. Our India office in Thiruvananthapuram provides comprehensive services to students, including application support, admission guidance, and pre-departure preparation. Role Description: We are looking for a passionate and responsible Student Counsellor to join our team in Nedumangad. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students and parents, helping them understand overseas education options, guiding them through the application process, and offering full support until admission and visa stages are completed. Responsibilities: Provide counselling to students and parents regarding higher education opportunities in Germany Handle student queries via phone, email, or walk-ins Assist in application and admission procedures Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups Guide students in documentation, visa requirements, and university selection Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of student profiles Participate in workshops, seminars, and promotional events if needed Qualifications: Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferred fields: Education, HR, Management, or related) Experience: 0–2 years in student counselling, academic advising, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome) Strong communication in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus) Confident and empathetic approach in dealing with parents and students Good organizational skills and computer literacy (MS Office, Google Sheets) What We Offer: Fixed salary with performance-based increments and bonuses A supportive and growth-driven work culture Opportunity to be part of a dynamic international education team In-house training and upskilling options Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Work Location: On-site (Nedumangad Office)
