About the Role

Community Lead

UGC content pipeline

If you’ve been a creator yourself or have previously built creator communities, this role is made for you.



Key Responsibilities

  • Build the Creator Network:

    Proactively identify and nurture student creators across NIAT campuses and partner colleges. Build a connected, engaged creator ecosystem.
  • Run Workshops & Training:

    Plan and lead on-campus workshops to teach content creation, storytelling, reels production, and personal branding to students.
  • Scale UGC Production:

    Drive student-generated content volume across reels, testimonials, and meme formats. Set up systems that make student participation easy and repeatable.
  • Grow Auxiliary Pages:

    Launch and grow multiple student-led Instagram and YouTube pages across campuses, each with unique identities.
  • Lead the UGC Pipeline:

    Manage the flow of content from creators to publishing. Ensure quality checks and timely approvals.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with city Social Media Strategists and the Content Lead to amplify student-generated content on brand and regional pages.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in community management, creator partnerships, or social media growth.
  • Strong grasp of Instagram reels, UGC trends, and youth internet culture.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll be leading workshops and mentoring creators.
  • Hands-on experience in growing niche communities, meme pages, or student clubs is a big plus.
