Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Caller, located in Patna. The Student Caller will be responsible for engaging with potential students, providing detailed information about ICE Technology Lab courses and services, addressing student inquiries, and scheduling consultations or follow-up calls. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of communications and striving to build lasting relationships with prospective students to aid them in their educational journey.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with prospective students
• Customer service aptitude and experience handling inquiries and providing guidance
• Proficiency in managing call records and following up systematically
• Basic knowledge of IT courses or a willingness to learn and stay updated about offered programs
• Organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to assisting students
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in communication or IT is a plus
