Who Should Apply

We are looking for students who fit the following strict criteria:

• Current Student Status:

  You must be a regular, full-time student currently enrolled in a college or university in Delhi NCR.

• Business Mindset:

  You are self-driven, ambitious, and eager to learn the fundamentals of building a business.

• Networker:

  You have a strong presence on LinkedIn/Instagram and are well-connected within campus societies.

• Priority Consideration:

  Current members of

  E-Cells (Entrepreneurship Cells)

  , Placement Committees, or Student Unions will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Campus Leadership:

  Act as the primary representative of YELL on your campus.

• Community Building:

  Identify aspiring founders and recruit them for our 4-Week Startup Bootcamp (Target: 10 students/month).

• Event Management:

  Host information sessions and represent YELL at college festivals and society meetups.

• Brand Awareness:

  Drive engagement and facilitate conversations about entrepreneurship among your peers.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a performance-driven role designed to reward results:

• Earnings:

  Performance-based incentives up to

  INR 25,000 per month
