Job Description

Job Summary:

The Structured Finance Specialist is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing complex financing transactions for corporate and institutional clients. This role focuses on developing tailored financial solutions including securitization, project finance, leveraged finance, and asset-backed structures to meet client needs while optimizing risk and return for the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Origination & Structuring

Identify opportunities to provide structured finance solutions to corporate clients, financial institutions, and government entities.
Structure and execute transactions such as project finance, securitization, syndicated loans, leveraged buyouts, and mezzanine financing.

Credit Analysis & Risk Management

Conduct due diligence, credit assessment, and financial modeling for proposed transactions.
Prepare term sheets, information memoranda, and presentations for internal and client approvals.
Assess risk exposures (credit, market, operational) and propose appropriate mitigants.
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, RBI/SEBI regulations, and BASEL norms.

Market & Business Development

Track market developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activity in the structured finance and capital markets space.
Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, investors, and intermediaries.

Key Skills :

Strong understanding of
structured finance, project finance, and securitization products.
Proficiency in
financial modeling, valuation, and credit analysis.
Deep knowledge of
regulatory and compliance frameworks
in financial markets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
