Position Overview :

Structural Engineer / Sr. Structural Engineer

Key Role & responsibilities:

Structural Analysis & Design

• Review STAAD outputs against design inputs for accuracy and detailing.
• Develop structural engineering solutions for boiler supports and service structures.

Drawings & Modeling

• Prepare Basic General Arrangement (GA) drawings with project engineers/draftsmen.
• Develop Tekla models with connection details based on GA drawings.
• Review and check structural detail drawings for fabrication and construction.

Project Coordination

• Organize and plan inputs for engineers, draftsmen, and subcontractors for assigned projects.
• Develop and review drawing/item lists with engineering teams.
• Interface drawings with customer layouts and relevant project documents.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure engineering deliverables align with customer specifications and project requirements.
• Conduct status reviews, attend internal meetings, and participate in KOM (Kick-Off Meetings).

Leadership & Ownership

• Take ownership of detailed engineering deliverables.
• Guide and support engineers/draftsmen in developing accurate structural details.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Masters preferred).
• Proficiency in

  STAAD

  for structural analysis and

  Tekla

  for 3D modeling.
• Strong knowledge of

  boiler system structural requirements

  and heavy-duty pressure vessel supports.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing GA drawings, detail drawings, and connection designs.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
