Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer with 4 years of working experience, located in Bengaluru South. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for structural analysis, design, and ensuring the safety and durability of construction projects. Daily tasks include conducting calculations, preparing structural designs, verifying design compliance, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and project teams. The role also requires proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for drafting and modeling structural elements, as well as frequent on-site inspections to ensure project alignment with design specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
• Proficiency in Calculations and Structural Analysis to ensure safety and stability of the structures
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) in drafting and modeling structural components
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bengaluru and surrounding areas
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or renovation projects is a plus
