Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Structural Engineer with a strong focus on concrete structures to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on design and analysis for U.S.-based projects across sectors such as hospitality, residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with project leads and drafting teams to deliver high quality structural solutions. Key Responsibilities
Structural Design & Analysis:
Design and analyze concrete elements including retaining walls, podium slabs, mat foundations, shear/core walls, footings, columns, and beams. Software Modeling:
Utilize tools such as TEKLA, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, RISA, ADAPT, and Enercalc for structural modeling and analysis. Documentation & Coordination: Support the preparation of structural drawings, markups, and calculation packages. Collaborate with internal leads and respond to technical and client feedback. Code Compliance:
Ensure all designs adhere to relevant U.S. codes including ACI 318, TMS, ASCE 7, and IBC. Qualifications
Education: B.E./M.E. in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in concrete design for U.S. projects.
Technical Proficiency:
Structural software: TEKLA, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, RISA, ADAPT, Enercalc
Drafting tools: AutoCAD, Bluebeam
Project Exposure: Experience with structural systems in hospitality, commercial, industrial, and
residential sectors. Design Knowledge: Familiarity with seismic, wind, and foundation design principles
