Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Structural Engineer based in Gandhinagar. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for conducting structural analysis, preparing calculations, designing and evaluating structures, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes. The role involves preparing technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, collaborating with engineering teams, and reviewing project requirements to deliver safe, efficient, and economically sound solutions. The candidate will work on diverse projects ranging from timber buildings, reinforced masonry structures, and steel fabrication designs to seismic retrofits and industrial building design.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering with a strong foundation in building codes and standards
• Proficiency in performing Structural Analysis and developing precise engineering Calculations
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) in preparing technical drawings and structural designs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Familiarity with international and regional building codes, especially relevant to India and USA
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
