We are looking for a Structural Draftsman with experience using AutoCAD on PT projects to join Our team as a Draftsman. The company is well established, pan India and we boast one of the most respected

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Drafter located in Pune. As a Draftsman specialising in Post Tensioning, you will play a crucial role in translating design concepts into accurate and detailed technical drawings. Your experience and proficiency in post-tensioning drafting techniques will contribute to the successful execution of our projects, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with design engineers and other stakeholders to create detailed technical drawings and plans for Post Tensioning projects.

· Utilize AutoCAD and other drafting software to generate precise drawings that accurately represent the design intent and comply with industry standards.

· Create layout, reinforcement, and post-tensioning drawings for various infrastructure projects, including bridges, buildings, and other structures.

· Review and interpret design documents, specifications, and sketches to ensure accurate translation into technical drawings.

· Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the drafting process.

· Coordinate with the design team to incorporate design changes and modifications into the drawings as needed.

· Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to address design-related queries and provide drafting support.

· Maintain organized documentation and files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of drafting records.

· Assist in the preparation of project submittals and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in drafting techniques related to Post Tensioning.

Qualifications:

· Diploma or relevant certification in Drafting or a related field.

· Proven experience of 2-5 years as a Draftsman, with a specific focus on Post Tensioning projects.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.

· Strong understanding of Post Tensioning concepts, terminology, and best practices.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.

· Familiarity with relevant codes and standards related to Post Tensioning.

· Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and convey design information accurately.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple drafting tasks simultaneously.

· Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in the drafting process.

· Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus.
