Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Junior Structural Design Engineer cum Trainer

Key Responsibilities

Assist in structural design and analysis of RCC and Steel structures under the guidance of senior engineers.
Conduct classroom and online training sessions on software such as:

STAAD.Pro
ETABS
AutoCAD
Revit (Structure)
SAFE / RCDC / SketchUp
(if applicable)

Develop training content including PPTs, handouts, and live project demonstrations.
Guide students on real-time projects, internships, and software application in fieldwork.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software and relevant civil engineering codes.
Evaluate students through assessments, tests, and feedback sessions.
Should be able to Do visits to the colleges as in when Required
Support seminars, workshops, and promotional activities when needed.

Preferred candidate profile

BE,BTECH/MTECH in
Civil Engineering
Strong knowledge of
relevant software/tools
(as per job requirement)
Prior experience in
training / teaching / industry practice
will be an added advantage
Good
communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle
students and classroom sessions
effectively
Willingness to conduct
online and onsite training sessions
Passionate about
teaching and skill development
Ready to work with
academic institutions and training academies
Based in or willing to travel to
Pune / nagpur/Jaipur
(if applicable)
