Role Description

entry-level role

Key Responsibilities

Assist in structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures under supervision.

Prepare basic calculation reports and support in ensuring compliance with IS codes and standards.

Develop structural drawings and detailing using AutoCAD and other CAD tools.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to support design development.

Participate in site visits and inspections to understand real-time construction practices.

Learn and contribute to internal design processes, documentation, and quality standards.

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering is an advantage).

0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Basic knowledge of structural design concepts and IS codes.

Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD; exposure to STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or SAFE is a plus.

Strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
