Job Description

We are looking for a Structural Design Engineer with strong experience in RCC and structural strengthening projects. The candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, design, and preparation of drawings and calculations for buildings, bridges, and retrofitting works.

Key Responsibilities

• Structural analysis and design of RCC structures as per IS codes
• Design of retrofitting and strengthening works (RCC jacketing, CFRP, anchors, grouting)
• Preparation of design calculations and technical reports
• Coordination with site teams, consultants, and clients
• Review of drawings and execution methodology
• Support NDT evaluation and load testing interpretation

Required Skills

• Proficiency in ETABS / SAFE / STAAD / SAP2000
• Strong knowledge of IS 456, IS 800, IS 15988, IRC codes
• Experience in structural rehabilitation / retrofitting is preferred
• Familiarity with NDT methods and load testing
• Good communication and documentation skills

Qualification

• M.Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering

Compensation

• As per industry standards (commensurate with experience)
