Structural Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of structural engineering principles and be proficient in both software-based and manual design and analysis.   Key Responsibilities: ·       Perform detailed structural analysis and design for residential, commercial, and industrial structures. ·       Use STAAD.Pro, ETABS, and Revit (optional but preferred) for structural modelling and detailing. ·       Carry out manual structural calculations for beams, slabs, columns, foundations, etc. ·       Prepare and review structural drawings, specifications, and reports. ·       Ensure all structural designs comply with relevant Indian Standards (IS Codes). ·       Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and site teams to ensure structural integrity and feasibility. ·       Troubleshoot structural issues on-site and provide timely solutions.   Required Skills & Qualifications: ·       Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Master’s degree is a plus. ·       Strong knowledge of all relevant IS codes (IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 13920, etc.) is mandatory. ·       Proficient in manual structural analysis methods and design calculations. ·       Advanced understanding of structural behaviour under various loading conditions. ·       Proficiency in STAAD.Pro and ETABS is essential. ·       Working knowledge of Revit Structure is an added advantage. ·       Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently.   What We Offer: ·       Competitive salary package (₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month). ·       Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects. ·       Professional development and learning opportunities. ·       A collaborative and growth-focused work environment.
