Key Responsibilities
Shortlist promising distressed opportunities listed across NCLT benches
Conduct legal, financial, operational, and forensic due diligence on Corporate Debtors Prepare EOIs, eligibility documents, resolution plans, financial models, and turnaround strategies
Coordinate with Resolution Professionals and CoC members during the CIRP process
Assist in deal structuring with investors, legal advisors, and support CoC negotiations Participate in value maximization discussions for Corporate Debtors
Support post-approval activities: regulatory filings, plan implementation monitoring, and investor reporting
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Commerce / Finance / Law)
Minimum 1 year of experience in an IPE or insolvency-related field
Strong understanding of the IBC framework, documentation, and compliance
Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
