Role Overview: As a Senior Associate in the Strategy & Operations team supporting US Reporting for Alliances at PwC, your primary focus will be on driving data analysis and performance reporting to facilitate strategic decision-making within the Alliance ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining reporting tools, dashboards, and insights that provide valuable information on pipeline trends, investment activities, and key performance metrics. Your role will require a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Power BI, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be essential to support quarterly reviews, governance activities, and strategic initiatives that contribute to Alliance growth and success. Key Responsibilities: - Data Extraction & Pipeline Analysis - Extract monthly pipeline and win data from Salesforce and related dashboards; analyze for trends and significant movements. - Combine and cleanse datasets using Excel; identify key drivers of pipeline performance. - Prepare visual summaries, share win stories, and update team scorecards or TOO org charts. - Monitor Salesforce data for accuracy and relevance to the broader Alliances team. - Power BI Dashboard Maintenance - Develop, maintain, and update PowerBI dashboards to track Alliance performance, including aggregating and uploading data from multiple sources for real-time insights. - Adjust visuals to reflect changing business metrics and reporting needs. - Maintain a change log of updates and ensure stakeholder awareness. - Design and modify Power BI visuals to align with evolving KPIs and leadership reporting requirements. - Reporting Insights - Provide data insights to support Alliance strategy implementation, expansion, and cross-functional initiatives driving business objectives. - Collaborate with S&O team members to ensure accurate and insightful reporting for various audiences, including key territory, Alliance, and PwC leadership. - Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Support - Compile QBR inputs from monthly dashboards and reports; validate for consistency. - Develop and prioritize quarterly insights and findings; collaborate with leadership to incorporate feedback. - Finalize decks tailored to Alliance and leadership audiences. - Alliance Evaluation & Intake JBR Analysis - Analyze Salesforce data to identify non-Alliance opportunities for inclusion in JBR reviews. - Regularly report and derive opportunity insights for JBRs. - Asset Maintenance - Ensure standardized tools and templates' effective use across relevant workstreams. - Support alliance operations by aiding governance processes, maintaining knowledge assets, and standardizing reporting templates. - Address ad-hoc requests, respond to Alliance-specific inquiries, and metric needs. Qualification Required: - Experience: 3-5 years in reporting, analytics, or business performance tracking; consulting or corporate finance background preferred. - Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field. - Language: Proficiency in English (Oral & Written).
