Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Strategy & Enablement Senior Manager P2P within the ANZ Banking Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy and enablement, with expertise in procurement-to-pay processes.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance procurement-to-pay processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees on new processes and technologies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in strategy and enablement, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of procurement-to-pay processes and their importance in driving business growth.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with change management principles and practices.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members towards achieving goals.
