Strategy Consultant

As a Strategy Consultant at the company, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency for our clients. Your analytical, communication, and project management skills will be crucial in ensuring successful outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead strategic consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. - Perform in-depth business diagnostics and market analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Conduct SWOT and Risk analysis to support the execution of strategic plans. - Create and implement Balanced Scorecards, facilitate Hoshin Kanri planning sessions, and align business activities with vision and strategy. - Evaluate the feasibility and potential success of proposed projects through Feasibility Studies. - Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management and stakeholders. - Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on strategic planning tools and methodologies. - Develop Contingency Plans to ensure business continuity in the face of unforeseen events. - Build strong relationships with clients to promote a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Provide ongoing support and advisory services to assist clients in achieving their strategic goals. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E/ B. Tech in Engineering (any branch) or MBA degree. - Minimum of 7 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in the Strategy domain. - Proficiency in Porter's Five Forces, Portfolio Analysis, Hoshin Kanri, Feasibility Studies, Risk Analysis, SWOT Analysis, and Contingency Planning. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous.
