Job Family Definition:

What youll do:
The Senior Financial Analyst - Finance Transformation will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company s Finance Transformation agenda. This role partners with cross-functional leaders to evaluate and prioritize transformation initiatives, build robust business cases, and drive financial accountability through disciplined ROI and value capture analysis. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in financial modelling, strategic analysis, and program management with a passion for enabling scalable, data-driven, and technology-enabled Finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Case Development and Financial Modelling

Lead the development of financial business cases for transformation initiatives, including automation, systems modernization, process redesign, and digital capabilities.

Build and maintain detailed financial models that assess investment requirements, projected benefits, ROI, NPV, and payback periods.

Partner with project sponsors and PMO teams to validate assumptions, quantify value drivers, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
2. Investment Strategy and Governance

Support the prioritization and sequencing of finance transformation initiatives through financial evaluation and scenario analysis.

Provide insights on investment trade-offs, funding strategies, and portfolio optimization.

Partner with senior finance leadership to present recommendations and support governance forums and investment reviews.
3. Value Capture and ROI Analysis

Establish robust frameworks to measure and track value realization across transformation projects.

Conduct post-implementation analyses to compare actual results to forecasted benefits, identifying improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with functional leads to sustain value capture and embed a performance-driven culture within Finance.
4. Management Reporting and Insights

Develop and maintain executive-level reporting on transformation progress, financial impacts, and ROI performance.

Synthesize complex financial and operational data into concise, actionable insights for CFO and transformation steering committees.

5. Collaboration and Change Enablement

What you need to bring:
Qualifications Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CMA, or CFA preferred).

8-10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning Analysis (FPA), Strategic Finance, or Finance Transformation.

Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.

Experience supporting transformation or large-scale change programs in a technology-driven environment.

Advanced skills in Excel and financial systems (Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive) and familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
