Strategy and BDE Intern

About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Strategy & Business Development Intern to work closely with the leadership team. This role is a blend of strategic problem-solving, special projects, and business development initiatives, giving you exposure to both high-level decision-making and hands-on execution.

You’ll gain experience in market research, growth strategy, client acquisition, and business operations, making it an ideal role for someone who wants to explore both startup strategy and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Founder’s Office:

• Work directly with the founding/leadership team on strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Assist in streamlining business processes and tracking KPIs.

Business Development:

• Research and identify potential clients, partners, and market opportunities.
• Support in lead generation through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Help in creating proposals, pitch decks, and sales collateral.
• Participate in client meetings/demos and prepare follow-up reports.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead and pipeline data.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field).
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with client interactions and outreach activities.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, problem solver, and eager to learn.
