Responsibilities

  1. Lead the analysis and evaluation of potential Mergers & Acquisitions opportunities, including due diligence processes.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build robust financial and operational models as part of the decision-making process.
  3. Develop and present strategic proposals, offering critical insights that align with business objectives.
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external advisors to implement M&A strategies effectively.
  5. Support and track deal execution processes, including conducting market and competitor research to identify synergies and growth opportunities.
  6. Provide post-transaction analysis to ensure successful integration of the mergers or acquisitions.
  7. Stay updated on financial and economic trends that can impact M&A strategies.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, strategy, or consulting roles.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven expertise in financial modeling, due diligence, and project management.
  3. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines. (MBA/CA/CFA preferred).
  4. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to work effectively with both senior leadership and team members.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering results.
