Job Description

As a Strategic Sourcing Analyst I at TE Connectivity, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining workflows in Jaggaer ERP to drive automation and enhance process efficiency across sourcing and procurement functions. Your role will involve administering, setting up, and executing end-to-end sourcing activities in Jaggaer ERP. Additionally, you will integrate approval procedures in Jaggaer for various processes, identify process gaps, and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain workflows in Jaggaer ERP to automate processes - Administer and execute end-to-end sourcing activities in Jaggaer ERP - Integrate approval procedures in Jaggaer for various processes such as contracts repository, RFQ Awarding, Ordering, and Supplier Relationship Management - Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency - Utilize basic knowledge of SQL & Tableau to generate actionable data extracts and support data-driven decisions - Track and utilize 2-4 years of experience in market-leading RPA Tools like UiPath, Emma, Automation, Blue Prism, Pega, VBA, Python - Have strong fundamentals on UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and experience in enterprise-level automation projects in SAP-S4, API Integrations, Interfaces & Databases - Hold a UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Certification - Good to have exposure to UiPath AI Agentic Automation Qualifications Required: - At least 2-4 years of experience in sourcing - Experience in ERP implementation, preferably Jaggaer - Experience in the Automotive Industry is a plus - Highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills, good interpersonal and communication skills - Proven track record in managing multiple projects within cross-functional teams - Ability to work in a matrix environment with a multi-cultural team - Strong customer focus and continuous improvement attitude - Fluent in English speaking and writing TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
