Job Description

What you'll be doingWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Strategic Partnerships Manager

to lead and expand our partnership ecosystem across India and the broader APAC region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the fintech and payments landscape, particularly cross-border payment solutions, virtual accounts, FX, and real-time settlements.The successful candidate will focus on identifying, evaluating, and establishing strategic alliances with

Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Banks, EMIs

, and local payment networks in emerging and growth markets.
  • Market Mapping & Opportunity Identification: Identify and analyze key players (PSPs, aggregators, digital banks, FX providers) in India and APAC for potential collaboration.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and execute strategic partnerships with PSPs and financial institutions to support expansion of cross-border payments, virtual IBANs, and local payout solutions.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Lead end-to-end commercial and contractual discussions including pricing, SLAs, and revenue-share models.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track regulatory changes, competitive activity, and market trends to provide strategic input to the global partnerships and product teams.
  • Representation & Brand Building: Represent the company at industry events, fintech roundtables, and client meetings across the APAC region.
