Digital Marketing Professional
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor website traffic, search trends, and rankings using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Performance Marketing (PPC & Paid Ads):
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work with designers and content teams to create engaging ad creatives.
Social Media Management:
- Strategize, create, schedule, and manage content across all major social platforms.
- Grow engagement, followers, and reach organically and through paid efforts.
- Collaborate with design/content teams for campaign execution.
Email & CRM Marketing:
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and retention.
- Segment email lists, automate drip campaigns, and analyze open/click rates.
Content Strategy & Marketing:
- Collaborate with writers and designers to create blog posts, infographics, case studies, and videos.
- Repurpose content for different channels and objectives.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO and brand guidelines.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor performance across channels using Google Analytics, GA4, and dashboards.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Set and track KPIs like traffic, engagement, leads, and ROI.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing tools like:
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
SEMrush/Ahrefs/Moz, Email marketing platforms
- Experience with WordPress or CMS tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / HubSpot certifications.
- Experience working in performance-driven environments like D2C, or startups.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and funnel building.
