Digital Marketing

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance the online presence of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing various digital marketing strategies such as Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media, and Display Re-marketing advertising campaigns. - Creating HTML files for email deployment and setting up, testing, and deploying emails targeted to specific lists. - Generating reports and dashboards to analyze email and web product performance, identifying areas for improvement based on performance metrics. - Managing and optimizing PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns, conducting daily account reviews, and recommending changes to improve program effectiveness. - Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and website traffic flow using various web analytics tools. - Having a basic understanding of SSL, HTTP, HTTPS protocols, server responses, browser requests, and cookies, as well as the ability to debug technical issues within websites affecting SEO efforts. - Demonstrating knowledge and experience in Google AdWords, Display ads, Bing Advertising, Social media advertising, Email campaigns, and Search Engine Marketing. - Possessing a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, as well as experience in retargeting/remarketing. - Utilizing Microsoft Office suite proficiently and having excellent oral and written communication skills. - Holding an additional qualification in web design or animation would be considered a plus. Candidates with a background in Real Estate are preferred for this role.,
