You are a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist ready to join our team in Chhatarpur, New Delhi, Delhi, India. Your primary responsibility will be to lead all digital marketing campaigns, from designing and creating marketing programs to generating leads, conducting market research, and optimizing digital strategies. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media, and web development is essential for this role. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will need to be familiar with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures. Your expertise and judgment will be crucial in planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve defined goals effectively. Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing digital marketing initiatives such as Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media, Display Re-marketing advertising campaigns, and updating website enhancements. You will also create HTML files for email deployment, set up and test email campaigns, and analyze the performance of email and web products to identify areas for improvement. Moreover, you will be responsible for setting up and managing PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns, conducting daily account reviews, and making recommendations for program optimization based on analytical findings and best practices. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and website traffic flow using various web analytics tools will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role. Proficiency in Google AdWords, Display ads, Bing Advertising, Social media advertising, Email campaigns, and Search Engine Marketing is essential. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in retargeting/remarketing, is desired. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite and excellent oral and written communication skills are key requirements. Candidates with a background in Real Estate will be preferred for this position.
