Job Summary We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for lead generation. The role focuses on driving high-quality leads through platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels , while continuously improving campaign performance and ROI. Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. Create and optimize lead generation campaigns for services such as counselling, mentorship programs, and admissions. Perform audience research , targeting, and retargeting to improve lead quality. Monitor daily campaign performance including CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS . Create compelling ad copies, headlines, creatives, and CTAs aligned with brand messaging. Set up and manage conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Optimize landing pages in coordination with the development team for higher conversions. Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize lead volume and quality. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and platform updates. Proven experience in paid digital advertising and lead generation campaigns . Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads . Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization . Knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, and custom audiences . Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and tracking tools . Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Good communication and copywriting skills.
