Role Overview: As the Strategic Partnerships Lead, your primary role will be to lead the development and execution of EXL's strategic partnerships to drive growth, revenue, and delivery across products. Your responsibilities will include shaping the partnership strategy, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring alignment of legal, commercial, and business terms across EXL's business units. Your contributions will directly impact the expansion of EXL's partner ecosystem and enhance revenue generation opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to target, establish, and prioritize lead-generating partnerships. - Own the partnership strategy and oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from initiation to execution, to drive strategic growth. - Cultivate and maintain productive, long-term relationships with key leaders within target firms. - Drive and achieve revenue targets, including forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring successful co-selling with each strategic partner. - Coordinate marketing and sales efforts internally and externally to promote partnerships. - Represent EXL at industry conferences, partner meetings, and executive-level discussions. - Work closely with internal teams to streamline partnership operations, including partner onboarding, contract management, and performance tracking. Qualifications Required: - A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an MBA is highly preferred. - Relevant experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field with a strong focus on the technology, data, and AI industries. - Proven track record of developing and scaling successful partnerships with measurable impact on revenue and business growth.
