Role Objective

Own the social media strategy, content calendar, and growth plays for Vision Play and our clients.

Core focus: Planning, copywriting, trendspotting, engagement, analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content pillars and monthly/quarterly social calendars.
• Write platform-specific captions, hooks, and CTAs.
• Spot trends and adapt them to Vision Play and client brands.
• Coordinate with the Creative Executor to deliver assets on time.
• Handle community management, respond to comments/DMs in brand voice.
• Run content experiments, review analytics, and adjust strategy accordingly.

Core Skills

• Strong copywriting and storytelling across multiple platforms.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Comfortable using analytics tools (native, TubeBuddy, vidIQ, Meta Insights).
• Strong organizational skills for calendars, deadlines, and task tracking.
• Basic design/video knowledge to brief the Creative Executor effectively.
