Position Overview:

The Strategic HR Head is responsible for leading the human resources function with a focus on

aligning HR strategies with business goals. This role involves workforce planning, leadership

development, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development to drive

long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Business Alignment

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys long-term business goals.

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters.

• Drive organizational change initiatives to enhance business performance.

2. Talent Management & Succession Planning

• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

• Develop succession planning frameworks to ensure leadership continuity.

• Oversee leadership development programs to enhance managerial capabilities.

3. Workforce Planning & Organizational Development

• Analyze workforce trends and implement effective workforce planning strategies.

• Lead restructuring and transformation initiatives to optimize efficiency.

• Foster a high-performance culture through effective HR interventions.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

• Design and execute employee engagement programs to improve satisfaction and retention.

• Champion a positive work culture that aligns with company values and mission.

• Address employee concerns through proactive communication and conflict resolution.

5. Performance Management & Compensation Strategy

• Implement performance management systems to drive accountability and productivity.

• Develop competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain talent.

• Ensure alignment of rewards and recognition programs with company goals.

6. HR Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.

• Mitigate HR-related risks through proactive policy implementation and monitoring.

• Develop HR governance frameworks to support ethical business operations.

7. HR Technology & Analytics

• Leverage HR analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.

• Implement HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency in HR operations.

• Monitor key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies.
