As a Partnership Development Manager at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy through the establishment and nurturing of strategic partnerships with key corporations, organizations, and entities in sectors such as diagnostics centers and healthcare service providers. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and prioritizing potential partnership opportunities that align with our business goals, developing and executing partnership strategies to drive user acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth, as well as negotiating partnership agreements and contracts to ensure they are favorable and aligned with company objectives. Collaboration across various teams including marketing, sales, operations, and product will be essential as you work to implement partnership initiatives effectively. You will also be tasked with managing relationships with existing partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and mutual benefits, while monitoring and analyzing partnership performance metrics and providing regular reports to senior management. Staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments will enable you to identify new partnership opportunities and build a strong and effective BD team. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A proven track record of at least 5 years in partnership development or business development, particularly in the pharma tech or healthtech industry, is required. Your success in negotiating and closing partnerships that drive business growth, coupled with strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities will be key to your success. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment, as well as an understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the healthcare sector, will be advantageous.
