With 8+ years of experience in account management and sales within the technology sector, particularly in system integration and telecom, you will drive significant revenue growth and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of large or complex accounts, achieving and exceeding revenue and profitability targets, managing a robust sales pipeline, promoting a comprehensive range of solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for preparing insightful performance reports, engaging with key stakeholders, staying informed about industry trends, and providing proactive solutions to client-specific challenges. To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of managing large or complex accounts, a strong understanding of system integration and telecom technologies, familiarity with enterprise solutions such as Unified Communications and Managed Services, proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, and competency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, having in-depth knowledge of Unified Communications solutions, exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, a strong analytical mindset, and relevant industry or sales certifications would be advantageous.
