Postman is moving deeper into large enterprise relationships by building a pod structure designed to deliver long-term value. As organisations scale their API ecosystems, they’re looking for a platform, not a tool — and Postman is doubling down on this strategic shift.
The Strategic Account Director plays a central role in leading multi-year expansion across Postman’s biggest and most complex enterprise accounts.
You’ll lead a portfolio of Postman’s highest-value accounts — organisations with thousands of developers, complex API landscapes, and big strategic ambitions. You’ll partner with a Principal Solutions Engineer and Field CTO, acting as a strategic advisor to CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Platform, and Security.
Your work will be long-cycle, high-trust, and value-led. You’ll turn widespread developer adoption into enterprise-wide, platform-level partnerships.
Priority Focus Areas
✨ Lead multi-year strategic expansion across major enterprise accounts
✨ Engage senior tech leaders across product, platform, security, and collaboration
✨ Drive multi-threaded campaigns spanning governance, security, and API workflows
✨ Convert large-scale adoption into enterprise-wide platform value
✨ Build cross-functional engagement across SE, CSM, Product, and Marketing
✨ Forecast accurately and drive sustainable revenue growth
You’re a seasoned enterprise seller with strong strategic instincts and a track record of growing major accounts over time. You know how to navigate complex environments, influence C-suite leaders, and bring clarity and structure to long enterprise cycles.
