Job Description

The Scheduling Analyst is responsible for analyzing and integrating metadata across multiple data streams into the client database to optimize scheduling processes. This role requires a strong focus on detail and problem-solving, as well as the ability to communicate complex information effectively to clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and integrate metadata from various data streams into the client database.
Create and adjust schedules to meet the needs of the company and employees.
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, unexpected absences, and other challenges.
Communicate effectively with clients and coworkers regarding schedules and potential issues.
Ensure schedules are accurate, complete, and aligned with company goals.

Required Skills:

Ability to identify and solve scheduling problems, optimize processes, and anticipate potential issues.
Good language skills for effective communication.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Capability to find solutions to conflicts and disruptions within schedules, and propose improvements for better efficiency.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in scheduling tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients, fostering a cooperative work environment.
Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and environments.

Qualifications:

Graduate with strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
Previous experience in scheduling or data management (preferred but not mandatory).
