We are seeking an organized and efficient Stores & Receiving Associate to join our team in Visakhapatnam, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving shipments, and ensuring smooth operations in our warehouse facility.

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
• Inspect received items for damage or discrepancies and report any issues
• Enter inventory data into our computerized system, maintaining accurate records
• Organize and store items in designated areas within the warehouse
• Prepare and pack outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and efficiency
• Assist in training new team members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Experience with barcode scanners and handheld devices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferred)
• Forklift certification and operation experience (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment
