Job Description

Handle day-to-day receipt and issue of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, packing materials, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate stock records & perform GRN preparation in ERP / SAP system.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and resolve variances.
Ensure proper material identification, storage, and preservation as per safety & quality standards.
Plan and monitor inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
Coordinate with purchase team for timely material planning and replenishment.
Ensure dispatch planning & packaging as per customer schedule.
Maintain store layout, FIFO/FEFO system, and 5S compliance.
Ensure proper documentation as per Audit & ISO standards.
Manage inward & outward logistics and follow up with transporters for delivery schedules.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock & consumption reports.
Implement safety practices and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
