Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management

Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods.
Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Update stock records in ERP/software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
Prevent overstocking and stock-out situations.

Material Handling

Receive incoming materials and verify with purchase orders and delivery challans.
Inspect materials for quality and quantity.
Proper storage of materials according to category (FIFO/FEFO).
Issue materials to production based on Material Requisition Slips (MRS).

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Issue Slips, Stock Registers, and Return Notes.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
Ensure proper labeling, coding, and tracking of materials

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in any field
1–3 years experience in stores/warehouse operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,104.60 - ₹35,337.20 per month
