Stores Executive

Work Location : Alpha Arts & Science College Porur

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies
Maintain stock registers and inventory records
Issue materials as per requisition and update records promptly
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate with vendors, purchase department, and internal departments
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of stock items
Prepare and submit
MIS reports
to management on inventory status

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate with
25 years of experience
in stores/inventory management (educational sector preferred)
Proficient in
MS Office
; knowledge of store management software is an advantage
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to handle multiple demands with accuracy and efficiency
