Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Store operations:

    Oversee daily store activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Staff management:

    Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate store staff. This includes managing performance and ensuring a positive team environment.
  • Inventory and supplies:

    Manage all bakery inventory, including ordering, receiving, stock control, and conducting regular audits to maintain optimal levels and prevent waste.
  • Health and safety:

    Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations for the store and production areas.
  • Visuals and merchandising:

    Maintain store cleanliness and organization. Implement promotional displays and optimize product placement to boost sales.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cash handling.
  • Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy for managing sales and inventory data.
