1. Accept deliveries, verify quantity, quality, and condition of goods against purchase orders.
2. Inspect for damages, defects, or discrepancies, inform to purchase manager.
3. Properly label, unpack, sort, and store items in designated locations, ensuring good layout and easy accessibility.
4. Ensure items are stored under proper environmental conditions.
5. Maintain accurate inventory records of goods received, issued, returned, or transferred.
6. Process and issue materials as per requisitions.
7. Maintain records of issued items, ensure traceability.
8. Ensure the store is clean, organized, secure, and safe.
9. Protect stock from damage, theft, spoilage, adverse weather or environmental conditions.
