Job Title: Store Support Staff (Store Help & Stock Boy) Retail Floor Operations Location: Jayanagar / Kammanahalli / Vijayanagar – Bangalore Salary: Up to 17,000 per month Shift: 10 hours/day (Start time between 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM) About the Role: We are hiring male store support staff to help with daily store activities like stock handling, cleaning, scanning, folding, and customer trial room management. These are full-time, in-store roles where you’ll help the team keep everything clean, organized, and ready for customers. Who Can Apply: Male candidates only (due to lifting/handling of heavy stock boxes) Should know how to read basic English (to scan and check barcodes) Must be energetic, punctual, and ready to work flexible timings (early mornings or late nights during stock checks) Roles Hiring For: Stock Boy Store Help Main Responsibilities: Daily Tasks: Stock scanning and barcode handling Steam ironing and folding clothes Keeping trial rooms clean and organized Refilling hangers, paper bags, and shopping materials Support in inventory checks and stock inward/outward Dry/wet mopping, washroom cleaning ( Only for Store Help) Special Days (Stock Check Days): May start early (as early as 7:00 AM) or stay back late (up to 12:00 AM) Free breakfast/dinner provided on these days What We Expect: Basic reading skills Regular attendance and on-time reporting Reliability during early/late working days Good team spirit and willingness to do all types of store work Why Join Us: Get trained in modern retail operations Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling brand Supportive and respectful team environment
