Job Description

Were looking for an experienced Store/Assistant Store Manager (preferably female) to lead our retail apparel store. This role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales, managing inventory, and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Operations: Manage store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising to meet company standards. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the store team, ensuring high performance and motivation. Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales, provide top-notch customer service, and resolve customer issues. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and implement loss prevention measures. Financial Management: Review financial reports, manage budgets, and ensure profitability. Qualifications : 2-4 years of retail management experience, ideally in apparel. Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills. Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems. Ability to manage staff schedules and store budgets effectively. Additional: Must be flexible with working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays). Ability to lift stock and stand for long periods.
