Store Manager

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth across assigned stores. 2. Store operations: Ensure seamless store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service. 3. Team management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets. 4. Store visits: Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. 5. Merchandising and marketing: Implement merchandising and marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience. 6. Inventory management: Ensure effective inventory management practices across assigned stores. 7. Customer service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role. 3. Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to drive sales growth and improve store operations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 4.
