With $9M in funding from Z47, Accel, and marquee angel investors, were on a path of rapid expansion. Driven by in-house designing & manufacturing and deep customer insights, we have grown exponentially in the last few quarters, and we are super excited to accelerate this growth further. Were looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Stylist to join Our Team, to enhance the styling and presentation of our collections. As a stylist, you will play a key role in curating looks for photoshoots, in-store displays, and digital campaigns, ensuring that our brand's ethos is reflected in every detail. Key Responsibilities: Styling and Visual Presentation: Curate and style complete looks for photoshoots and catalogue presentation. Collaboration with Designers : Work closely with the design team to understand new collections and seasonal trends. Trend Research: Stay updated on Indian ethnic wear trends and customer preferences. Incorporate modern elements to keep Aramya's offerings relevant and appealing. Customer Interaction (Optional): Provide styling tips to customers during special events or in-store activations. Inventory Coordination: Manage and organize styling inventory, including accessories and props. Manage shoot ops- To coordinate with the shoot agency for organising weekly shoots, follow up for raw and edited media. Graphic editing- aesthetic editing of shoot images for best visual appeal and correct representation of the garment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree / Masters in Fashion Design, Styling, or a related field from NID/NIFT/PEARL. 2+ years of experience as a fashion stylist, preferably in Indian ethnic wear. Strong sense of aesthetics, color coordination, and detailing. Excellent understanding of Indian ethnic wear trends and customer preferences. Expertise in photoshop and Illustrator for Image/Photo editing and enhancement. Creative mindset with the ability to execute under tight deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills
