Store Supervisor

Brief Description & Job Responsibilities

This is a role involving inventory management / supply chain management within our manufacturing company. This individual will be responsible managing supplies and inventory effectively and efficiently ensuring smooth and efficient flow of goods and supplies within a company, allowing the manufacturing unit to operate effectively and meet its needs. Candidate will also coordinate with suppliers, manage deliveries against orders, handle inventory requisitions, ensure proper storage and dispatch of materials. Responsibilities for this position includes:

Procurement Roles Coordinating with supplier’s to track deliveries, Preparing and processing, Ensuring quality of procured items and addressing any problems.

Inventory Management and Record Keeping Roles , like Handle day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of items, Managing inventory requisitions to maintain minimum required quantities, ensure stock is always available and Coordinate with Purchase team for reordering supplies when needed. Managing storage and dispatch of materials. Maintain accurate documentation for materials issued and received properly, with accurate Inventory Movement Records , including purchase orders, receipts, and materials received records, dispatches etc., Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Skills: An Engineering or Commerce Graduate, having 5-7 years’ experience in combination role of STORES in an Industrial / Auto Ancillary Manufacturing Company, with Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and other departments. Familiarity with inventory management systems and software. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions about procurement and inventory. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for procurement and inventory management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
