Job Title: Store Supervisor (with Computer Skills)

About Us:

We are a leading Garment company looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Supervisor who can manage inventory, supervise store operations, and handle computer-based record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computer/software (Excel/ERP/Tally).
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain store-related reports for management.
• Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and production teams.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the store area.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in store/inventory management.
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, ERP, Tally, or similar software).
• Good knowledge of stock management and warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise store staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
