The candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of high end Telecom power SMPS systems installed on Telecom Towers. Persons having experience in leading SMPS makes like Delta, Lineage, Exicom, VNT etc will be given preference. Engineers required in Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Dahod districts(Total 3 vacancies).
Person should be based at Jaipur office. He will be responsible for service delivery in Rajasthan. He need to manage a field team of about 18 engineers deployed across Rajasthan. He will be responsible for Customer Management, Call Management, Call Allocation, Escalation Management, Spare Mobilization, Client Management and Revenue. Experience in Service Management and Delivery Experience on Telecom domain will be given preference.

Person will be responsible for inventory(majorly spare parts for telecom projects). Material issue, Receipt, Transport to field team across Rajasthan through courier or fastest mode available. Stock entry in system and register. Person should have experience of handling small service stores using erp systems. Person should be having advanced excel knowledge like vlookup, hlookup, pivoting, formulas etc.
