Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials (foam, fabric, springs, chemicals, packing materials)
Ensure correct inward verification against purchase orders and delivery challans
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP / stock registers
Coordinate with production for timely material supply
Supervise finished goods storage and coordinate with dispatch team
Monitor physical stock, cycle counts, and reconciliation
Prevent material damage, loss
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and space utilization
Supervise store assistants, loaders, and helpers
Support audits and management reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Any graduate (preferably in logistics or stores management)
35 years of experience in stores or warehouse supervision, preferably in mattress, furniture
Strong knowledge of inventory control and documentation
Experience with ERP / inventory systems
